Each package includes a game ticket, a Detroit Tigers/University of Michigan hat, and a donation to the Pat Maloy Scholarship fund. The Pat Maloy Scholarship Fund was created by Kinesiology alumni to honor professor Bernard “Pat” Maloy, who passed away in 2001 after a courageous battle with esophageal cancer. The Pat Maloy scholarship fund is a four-year scholarship awarded to an incoming freshman with financial need who has battled cancer themselves, or has had a family member stricken with cancer.
